UNITS

The Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek is home to many afloat commands as well as shore commands. Several float commands include the USS Whidbey Island, the USS Carter Hall and the USS Hurricane. Major shore commands include the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group two, the Naval Construction Force and the Naval Special Warfare Group Two which consists of several Navy SEAL teams. In addition, the Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit Two and the Underwater Construction Team One call Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek home.
