Housing Information
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on post or finding a home off-post within the community.

• Once you have orders to move, contact the Housing Services Center (757) 462-8939. They can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements.

NAB Little Creek On Base Housing  

• Single service member housing consists of 2 buildings; Hutchin Hall and Williams Hall. Contact The Unaccompanied Personnel Housing Office (757) 462-4860 for assistance with room assignment.

• JEB Little Creek-Fort Story on-base housing in privatized and operated by Lincoln Military Housing (757) 802-3390, which offers seven communities of 2-4 bedroom single family homes and duplexes based on rank and family size.
